Meet our Team:

Gretchen Berg, Founder and Trainer
Gretchen's business career spans over twenty-five years in title insurance, production, banking and eleven years as a small business owner, including five with Berg Business Solutions, a virtual Real Estate Support Service. A 1986 graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Human Resource Sciences, Gretchen coaches and trains VAs individually and as a trainer with REVA Training Center. She is a Master Virtual Assistant (MVA), a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS) and a Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant (PREVA).

During the program, we invite industry colleagues to give presentations on topics crucial to the development and startup of a VA business. Alyssa has an extensive background in web and graphic design from working with a Fortune 100 company and a prestigious East Coast boarding school.
  • Business Ethics/VA Ethics: Jeannine Clontz, Accurate Business Services
    Accurate Business Services offers Legal, Realtor and General Support services. Owner Jeannine Clontz's passion and research in the area of business ethics has led to a speaking and writing career on the subject. She has written articles on business ethics and speaks on business ethics nationwide. Jeannine has the following certifications: CVA, CRESS, PREVA, CRVA, and MVA and has won numerous awards throughout her career.
  • Marketing a VA Business: Pamela Braue, PS: We Assist...
    A Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant and founder of REVA Training Center, Pamela specializes in streamlining and automating systems and processes and helping Real Estate Professionals provide excellent customer service to their clients. Pamela has over 15 years of administrative experience, including 2 years operating her family's established mail order, retail business.
  • Publicity and Press Releases: Diana Ennen, Virtual Word Publishing
    Diana Ennen is a publisher, marketing specialist and author of numerous books on starting a business including Virtual Assistant - The Series: Become a Highly Successful, Sought After VA. This year she celebrated her 20th year in business as President of Virtual Word Publishing. One of her true passions is helping others start their own business and she remains extremely active online mentoring and providing expert advice on business start-ups.
  • Customer Care/Client Relations: Kelly Poelker, Another 8 Hours
    Kelly Poelker, Master Virtual Assistant and owner of Another 8 Hours, specializes in supporting sales and marketing professionals. Kelly’s knowledge and expertise as a support specialist and virtual assistant comes from spending over twenty years in retail sales, home party sales, mortgage lending, banking operations and manufacturing. Kelly is the co-author of Virtual Assistant – The Series: Become a Highly Successful, Sought After VA.
