You're not alone if it all seems as clear as mud. The answers depend on many factors - your work history, computer skills, starting point, business niche, determination - and the answers will not be the same for everyone. FAQs about Virtual Business Training

Is a formal training program really necessary? No. But it's a jungle out there. You could easily spend a year or more figuring everything out on your own or you could invest 10 weeks and learn from the pros. We are committed to maintaining high individual and industry integrity and believe that training emerging VAs is one way to accomplish that goal.

How long is the program? 10 weeks

What is the cost? $850 USD payable via check or credit card.

How can VBT train in less time and for less money than other programs? We focus on what we do best: providing the tools, coaching and training to enable VAs to work successfully in the virtual work environment. We can direct you to resources to help you brush up on hard skills or business startup basics but we won't spend your time or money on things that many VAs have told us they already know.

Where are the classes held? Classes are held via our interactive, online classroom or via teleconference.

How often is the training offered? Quarterly sessions begin in January, April, July and October.

How big are the classes? 3-7 students

What kind of time commitment is required on a weekly basis? It will vary but will probably be 5+ hours/week.

What happens if I miss classes? VBT does not offer refunds or make-up classes. We encourage you to attend all sessions but realize that is not always possible. If you miss a class, you may get the notes/assignment from a classmate, use a coaching session to go over the material that you missed or sit in on the class during the next session.

Will you refer me to clients after I have completed training? Students that complete the program and assignments will be added to our directory and will be entitled to receive client referrals.
